Pro ExQ Actuator

The Pro ExQ electric actuator is designed for quarter-turn operating applications on either valves or dampers that require an Explosion-Proof Class 1 Division 1 enclosure. These units are designed to be robust and dependable while also being simple and easy to install.

Key Features:

• Output torques ranging from 265 in-lbs (30 Nm) to 26,550 in-lbs (3000 Nm).
• Operating voltages include 12VDC, 24VDC, 120VAC, 220VAC & 380VAC.
• Floating or modulating control with the option of position feedback or potentiometer (1K or 500Ω).
• Enclosures meeting the Ex-Proof standards of CSA Class 1 Division 1 Groups C & D with IP68 ingress protection.
• Standard operating temperature range of -25°C to 55°C (-13°F to 131°F) with the option for low temperature grease (-40°C/F applications).
• Unique limit-switch setting design makes calibration far easier.
• Two additional auxiliary switches provided as standard.
• Heater and thermostat provided as standard.
• Manual override as standard.
